- Shane Mac and The Popes are scheduled to play Shepards Bush, London on Paddys Day.
- Theres 2 new DVD's available (old news i know) to buy now. Both are def worth a look. The Pogues
reissue of The Town And Country on Paddys Day. Even if ya fave it on video theres an extra hour long interview with the bhoys.
Although Philip Chevron has asked people to refrain from buyin it I still had to get it. Excellent. Worth the buy. The second
is The Popes live at The Montreaux festival in 95 when they really had a class line up. Although I cant comment on this as
I havent got it yet, The Shane Macgowan Forum is really given it great reviews. Even the drummer Danny "Pope" Heately has
said that twas one of their better gigs.
- Check the interview Shane did with the Sunday Independant. Some class photos there too.
- As far as i know Ronnie Scotts is called off.
- The Bhoys are back in town! Check the tour dates section for more.

- I never anything else on the Regal Lodge so maybe there wasn't as much truth as I'd Imagined in that,
sorry.
- Ok, nothings been announced yet but Shane Macgowan will be playing in The Regal Lodge in the coming
months. I have no more details so try and contact the venue for more news.
- Shane took a battering apparently in a pub jacks in Soho. Certainly a Rainy Night there.... The
good thing is that its reported that two fans legged it after the pair of thugs who carried out the attack.
- The best news of all. After all this shit, not only has Shane announced a new summer album but theres
growing rumours of a Pogues reunion in Britian and Ireland this December.
- As ye all probably know by now theres a new mandolin player with the Popes. He is apparently an All-Ireland
banjo playing champ. Give it up to Brian Kelly.
- Ok so the tour has went fantastic. Some late appearances, but appearances and thats all that matters
I guess. I managed to get to the Olympia and must say it was rockin. Shane even managed to cause loads of contraversy in Belfast
on Paddys Day because believe it or not Shane MacGowan was DRUNK on St. Patricks Day. Disgraceful!
- In light of all the diss-agreements as of late, Shane and the Popes have SEEMINGLY added a new string
of tourdates. This may mean that they do know whats happening and its their way of telling everyone that Shane, The Popes
and Joey Cashman have lots left to offer. MAYBE Joey will even work harder now that he more than likely knows the fans
views.........
- Theres a lot of bitcihn goin on bout Joey Cashman, and a lot of
dissapointed fans- for more on that go to www.shanemacgowan.com
- Shane just completed a tourof Ireland before christmas (not a stool
in site). It was fantastic but he said he was shattered after it all.
- This year the popes will be releasing a new album hopefully- their
official site is www.pumpactionpaddy.com
- As far as tourdates go, no-ones too sure
of what'll happen next- One gig thats sure to be an unmissable is Shanes only Paddys weekend gig in Ireland. It takes place
in the olympia, Dublin. For tickets go to www.ticketmaster.ie !
